A blend of two wildly different single malts, from Clynelish and Caol Ila, Tobias & The Angel has been created by Compass Box whisky maker John Glaser. Both of the whiskies used were matured in hogsheads that had previously held bourbon, creating a gentle undercurrent of vanilla.
