Dec 5, 2024 · I accidentally purchased an online version of Turbo Tax Premier. I then thought I was correcting by purchasing the desktop version. I cannot access either in my desktop. I would like to prepare the return using the desktop version. However, I do not see the icon to commence. Can I also get a refund for one of the purchases? Who should I contact?

Jan 18, 2025 · Since I logged into my Turbo Tax Account during the installation, now it did show a product there. However, there is no download link. My feeling is, at this point of time, since 2023 Turbo Tax is no longer at the download link it was supposed to be at, none of those purchased 2023 Turbo Tax would be able to download.

Feb 6, 2025 · I have exited Turbo Tax and restarted the Mac several times. I am using MacOS Ventura 13.7.3. The Mac is up to date. Turbo Tax is up to date; I've checked for updates several times. I have tried to print the active form, as well as the full tax returns with supporting documents for my records. It will not print.

Jan 26, 2025 · Here's a workaround I found. In TurboTax under the File menu, select Preview. A small window will open showing your return, but the only option is to Close. However, if you hover your mouse over the return, there is an open in Adobe Reader icon just to the right of the magnifying glasses. Click that and Reader opens. From there you can print.

Jan 23, 2025 · I simply double clicked on the TurboTax 2024 icon on my desktop and the same result happened where the TurboTax Window briefly pops up on the center of my screen and then quickly disappears, which is the same issue I started with.
