Hopefully others will come by with suggestions. There's always watching GunBroker for "parts kit" guns. I don't follow the PT99 so I don't know how often a parts gun shows up (if ever).

Nov 1, 2012 · Called Taurus a second time they sent me another sight, two weeks later, arrived, and it appeared to be the revised rear sight for the later gen 99, called Taurus a third time aaaaand you guessed it, wrong sight again, clearly for the 92. At this point I am PO'd and call Taurus and calmly demanded to speak to a supervisor.

Jun 28, 2016 · On my pt99 the sight flew off because the pin holding it came out. Luckily I found all the parts except for firing pin block spring. The sight holds a bunch of stuff that will fly away if that one sight pin comes out. Yes I put lock tight on it and now know to keep an eye on it.

Jul 18, 2015 · Called Taurus then used chat. They confirmed that M992 assemblies were available on my order (2 YO order) and are shipping next week. Hope all parts received and I still believe they will work on the PT99/101 or close enough they can be made to work.

Aug 19, 2010 · As for Taurus CS, I sent my PT111Pro back recently with a total 5 day turnaround. They replaced and repaired some minor problems with good results. I had put over 3000 rounds through the gun before it needed a recoil spring and some other minor things taken care of.

Does not have the deep roll marks of previous slides like on my 1987 manufactured PT99, or the wider grip serrations that came later. This must have been manufatureed in between those two.
