Feb 10, 2010 · I've tried Pachmayr wrap-around grips on a PT92 in the past and found them to make the grip too big - too much to wrap your hand around. (my hands are large, too) I have found Hogue to be the answer for a PT92 whether you like rubber grips or wooden grips. I personally have chosen the new aluminum grips and I am overjoyed with the result.

Feb 2, 2015 · Nothing to see here folks. Just another PT92 AFS with Pachmayr wrap around grips. I'm very pleased with them. I have pretty big hands (gloves 2XL to 3XL) and the greater bulk of these grips puts the pad of my index finger right on the trigger and my support hand has more space. The finger contours really make for a positive purchase of the pistol.

Dec 13, 2017 · My 1987 PT 99 non-decocker. I ordered new grip screw bushings from Brownells, new Beretta 92 screws from Hogue, and a new pair of G10 grips from Hogue. After all is said and done, I have about a $100 in new grips, screws and bushings, but it was worth it, IMO. FWI, the grip bushing threads are: Internal M3 x 0.5, External M5 x 0.5.

Aug 6, 2016 · It is likely that the screw holes on the Pachmayr grips are arranged in such a way because in years past, the PT 92 was manufactured with a bushing for each grip screw. At some point the guns were manufactured without the bushings on three of the grip screws (the one that remains serves a dual function), most likely as a cost saving measure.

Apr 2, 2012 · Here is a link to another post here on the forum showing the grips I received. The silverblack are more of a black/charcoal/tan/brown finish. I was expecting more silver mixed in. You maynotice that the grips are mounted on a PT917cs, these are the same grips as for the PT92/99/100/101 However they are good looking grips for the money.

Nov 13, 2007 · Would be curious to try the Pachmayer Finger Groove Grips on my PT92. Found the Hogue Slip On Grips a bit too large on my PT92, but the Uncle Mikes/Butler Creek Slip-On Grips have been very good for me on a variety of Hi-Cap 9mm Pistols. Below is a pic of my PT92 with a set of Factory Plastic Grips under an Uncle Mikes/Butler Creek Grip Sleeve.

Sep 18, 2013 · IT CAN BE DONE!!! I found a set of Hogue Finger Groove grips made for the Beretta 92. It turns out, the grip screws are in the exact same place as my pre-decocker PT92... (If you can find factory grips that were made for the pre-decocker PT92 that have the fingers on the front, I would love to know about it!)
