Dec 16, 2020 · Tarptent Double Rainbow Li: Review When I first bought the DR Li from Tarptent there weren't many out there and few reviews so it was a tough decision to make. After 6 months of owning and using this tent I know feel like I can give my thoughts on it and maybe helping others out with a decision:

Feb 20, 2009 · So Tarptent comes up with the Scarp 1, similar in design but having two doors and two apex vents as well as a gap at the bottom of the fly, it allows for a better air flow. Guess what people are commenting on ?

Nov 21, 2011 · The last couple of times I have visited tarptent.com the silnylon version of the Sublite had gone away -- the version made out of tyvek was the only one there. You might want to check with Henry Shires to see if he is still making the Sublite Sil.

Oct 5, 2019 · looking for some input/opinions on the Stratospire 1. i'm looking to reduce my shelter weight. my current shelter weighs 3lbs. 12oz's. it's a Sierra design Flashlight 2. the Stratospire, for a 1P tent seems to have enough room for me, plus i'll save 1.25lbs.

Dec 22, 2015 · Back to the Double Rainbow, a tent on my very short TarpTent shopping list. Stretching and sagging and condensation, Oh My! Are these three "features" of silnylon and single wall shelters in general a real problem with either model of the Rainbow siblings? What about the liner and condensation? Is it worth the 4 ounces and the cost?
