Tapu Fini is a Water, Fairy-type Legendary Pokémon from the Alola region. It does not evolve into or from any other Pokémon. Along with Tapu Koko, Tapu Lele, and Tapu Bulu, it is a member of the Guardian Deities.

Even if you did 20 raids when fini's rotation just started 2 days ago, it isn't that bad. While the shiny odds are 1/20, that just means each raid you do, you have 1/20 chance of getting a shiny, not that you should get one by the 20th raid.
