From clothes to shoes to literal societal standards it's like tall women don't exist. And I'm not even that tall. I'm 5'10 with size 11 women's feet i shouldn't feel like a giant? I can never find shoes, I can never find pants, clothes don't fit me the same in general.

Dated 5’ to 5’11” women and have been shot down by taller women specifically because of height. I don’t really have a type but I’ve gone through phases in height where I prefer 5’ and now I’m in my tall phase. Never had a problem with heels either- looks good when dressed up. I don’t get the tall woman = emasculated thing.

Yes! Absolutely. For example, southeastern Asian countries. And even within the US, if you only look at people with Northern European descent it looks average, but if you take into account all the many other ethnicities within the country’s borders (the reason for the much lower average height), you can be 5’7” and be considered tall just by being in a certain region.

Tall guys hit on me like crazy, short girls tell me they envy me, tall girls give me a nod as if we are in a secret society, and short guys treat me like shit and accuse me of being trans (I'm not). Makes me feel terrible for transwomen of my height -- they must get bullied like crazy.

The vast majority of short men WILLING to date us (who aren’t fetishizing creeps) are actually pretty cool and not so hung up on height. I know it’s hard to be a tall girl, but it does get easier and there are good guys out there.

I just found myself clicking with tall women more it's not a strict preference and I've been interested in plenty of short and average women, they weren't in me. Tall women actually cared more and shown interest in me. Idk. Short guys and tall women can relate in some ways, but as far as I know most women don't actually "prefer" short men.
