Dec 13, 2006 · This isn't a Taclane problem ,it is an IP header problem and MTU size issue. You have the same problems with nested GRE tunnels. So back to the Taclane you can nest taclanes, and use gre tunnels on the PT side. If you want to know how to setup GRE tunnels behind the Taclane it is in the Taclane documentation.

Both of those routers are on different subnets. So from my understanding tehy will not form a PIM neighbor with eachother which will cause multicast to fail. Is that correct
