TVR4 is a Roterlanese free-to-air digital television channel owned by Télévision de Roterlânie, focused on youth-skewing programming. Originally launched as Festival in 1996, the channel took its current name in 2005 when it became a free channel.

The original TVR logo was designed in 1964 by Bob Hallett [7] and John Baillie. [15] It was subsequently updated in 2018 as part of an updated corporate identity delivered by Forge Design Consultancy, "suitable for both digital and print media - to support their international relaunch."

The redesign of 1961 brought a new concept of the TVR logo to the brand. The badge was composed of silver and blue shadowed badge, formed by three connected letters in the uppercase. The stylized inscription featured thick smooth lines and looked vivid and cool in the metal and blue color palette.
