SAN FERNANDO CITY, La Union (PIA) — The Treatment and Rehabilitation Center (TRC) in La Union will soon open North Luzon’s first confirmatory drug testing laboratory, improving the center’s medical services and client care.

Participants engaged in dynamic exercises promoting physical activity, discipline, and mental resilience as key elements of overall well-being. Another breakout session delved into Mental Health Awareness, facilitated by Dr. Marvin Munar from the DOH- Treatment and Rehabilitation Center of La Union.
