The Vita-Saw (/vaɪtɑːsɔː/ veye-tah-saw) is a community-created melee weapon for the Medic. It is a rusty gas pump handle that has been outfitted with both a long needle and blood-stained knife underneath, and with a container connected to the top of the main part of the weapon, filled with a team-colored liquid with a slight glow to it.
