Aug 6, 2024 · I am having the same issue. I have done a factory reset and the tv starts with the TCL/Roku logo and slowly fades top to bottom to black. I contacted customer support & was told I qualified for extended warranty. The tv was bought 04/30/23. I got the receipt, serial number & video of the problem.

Jan 6, 2025 · My TV will only display the TCL logo when I turn it on for only a split second, but afterwards nothing ever again. I need this fixed. I tried resetting with the remote control, I tried unplugging for ten minutes, and nothing works. I highly doubt it’s the backlight since I’m even getting any display even for split seconds.
