Oct 25, 2018 · I only tested for TEF but I went over the content of the TCF. For me, the writing and the speaking parts of the TEF are easier. The reading and the listening parts are similar. The TEF exam has only 2 tasks for the speaking and writing sections. In contrast, the TCF has 3 tasks for speaking and writing sections.

Jan 29, 2018 · In TCF, the questions get progressively difficult and yet I found that although they did become quite hard towards the end, they were not quite as challenging as the questions in TEF. Not to mention that I still had 15 minutes left after I completed all the questions and I was able to revise some other difficult questions in my spare time.

Aug 12, 2021 · For Expression Écrite: TEF has 2 tasks and TCF has 3. But all the 3 tasks in TCF are really easy and short. 1st task 60-100 words, 2nd 80-120 words, 3rd 100-160 words. 1 hour. You just need to memorize some specific structure and expressions for each task and it should not have any major problem.

May 3, 2019 · I tried TEF Canada, but I know about TCF from TV 5 Mond you can find examples and test your skill there. in Ontario Canada, there is only TEF Canada so that was my choice. From my research online, I found that the listening part is clearer in TEF, in my opinion. In TEF Writing is two tasks instead of three, but reading is pretty much the same.
