Since Microsoft Edge can install Chrome extensions, you simply need to install the iCloud Chrome extension in Edge (iCloud Bookmarks - Chrome Web Store (google.com)) and select Chrome in the iCloud application (you might want to remove the extension from your Chrome application in order to prevent conflicts).
