Apr 10, 2020 · SyFy's cast screen is a big NBC logo in the center with the words "Ready to Cast" under it, and a smaller NBC logo in the bottom-right corner. However, when I would select an episode to start playing, the audio of the episode would start playing normally, but the video would stay on the NBC "Ready to Cast" screen.

Some SyFy and USA Network shows are syndicated, and just because the channels are owned by NBC Universal doesn't mean their syndication agreements include digital distribution on a streaming service like Peacock. 2.) Even if they did, NBC Universal wouldn't necessarily put them on Peacock.

The music, the colors (so much gold!), the cast (young James McAvoy ftw - can't imagine a more perfect Leto II), how seamlessly the story flowed from the events of Messiah to those of book 3... and the Baron Harkonnen was a way scarier villain here as a perv, than as the underwhelming clown from the first one.

Feb 1, 2023 · I mean it’s a shoestring budget with laughable effects, and from the sound of the review it’s filled with insufferable characters. Plus if it takes four episodes to “get good,” that’s a big ask for a weekly release series. SyFy has been limping along for years and this is just another sad gasp, frankly.

Oct 12, 2020 · So a while back, the SyFy channel debuted a short miniseries titled "Magical Girl Friendship Squad Origins". I haven't seen it, but apparently it's supposed to be pretty good for what it is (a humorous adult-animated parody of Japanese Anime like Sailor Moon), with surprisingly little in the way of the three S's (Swearing, Sex, and Shock), and likeable characters.
