Oct 13, 2008 · This class was held at the Ohio Peace Officer Training Academy in London, OH. It was LEO only. Most attendees were SWAT except for about 3-4. I am just a lowly range officer for my dept with hopes of getting on SWAT. I took this class to be able to qualify our SWAT guys on their M4's. First off, Phil Singleton was an outstanding instructor.
