We are very upset with the repair dept. too and they told us the same about the engine running rough at idle. We don't buy it and I even asked the suzuki people about it. They changed our plugs and after 20 minutes of running, they were black too. What did you do????

Testing fuel pressures and vacuum will show if there is a restriction some where.
