The Mob Piru (also known as MOB Piru, East Side Mob Piru, Insane Mob Gang or Mob Piru Bloods) are a "set" of the Piru gang alliance and a criminal organization, which is itself part of the larger Bloods alliance. [2] Suge Knight, the co-founder and former CEO of Death Row Records, is an affiliate. [3] [4]

Wardell Fouse (July 22, 1960 – July 24, 2003), also known as Darnell Bolton and Poochie, was an American gang member implicated in the 1997 murder of the Notorious B.I.G. Fouse belonged to the California -based gang known as the Mob Piru Bloods.

On April 3, 2002, Alton "Buntry" McDonald (February 5, 1966 – April 3, 2002), a member of the Mob Piru Bloods and a production manager at Death Row Records, [1] was shot dead at a gas station in Compton, California.

Suge Knight grew up on the East Side of Compton, in area claimed by the Mob Pirus and was known on the streets as “Sugar Bear” (nickname). He originally intended to play professional football after college, but wasn’t drafted by the NFL (National Football League).

Jul 24, 2003 · Wardell "Poochie" Fouse (22 July 1960-24 July 2003) was an African-American Bloods gangster and the murderer of rapper Biggie Smalls. Wardell Fouse was born in Kentucky in 1960, and he was raised in Compton, California. There, he joined the Mob Piru subgroup of the Bloods and befriended Suge Knight.

Suge Knight grew up in one of the splinter groups known as MOB Pirus – or Members of Bloods. Piru affiliates would soon morph into the Bloods gang with a more gang like leadership. The original Piru remains a neighborhood and is not considered to be a gang.
