Stephen DeStefano (born 1966) [1] is an American comics artist, animator and storyboard artist best known as the co-creator of 'Mazing Man and Hero Hotline with writer Bob Rozakis.

Stephen DeStefano is an Emmy award winning cartoonist and designer. He has gained notoriety through his efforts on various movies and television series, including The Ren & Stimpy Show (1992-1996), The Venture Bros. (2004-2006), Mickey's Shorts (2013-2017), and Unicorn, Warriors Eternal (2012-2013).

Stephen DeStefano is a comics artist, animator and storyboard artist best known as the co-creator of ‘Mazing Man and Hero Hotline with writer Bob Rozakis. DeStefano’s first credit in the comics industry was as the creator of the characters Zeep and Thumbelina in the “Dial H for Hero” story in Adventure Comics #483 (July 1981).
