Mar 5, 2010 · Hi Jubilee, yep, I print my own Album pages, one page per OFEC stamps. I found out early, it all depends on your computer printer. My previous printer could handle 80gsm but starts to affect typo letter printout at 100gsm and you can hear the strain at 120gsm with 50-50 chance of completing the print.

Look for paper buffered with at least 2-3% calcium carbonate, has a cotton content of 25% or greater, and it should only contain high alpha cellulose pulp from purified wood fiber (contains no Lignin).

Gray scale images allows the mounted stamps stand out better, the actual stamps tend to disappear when mounted on a colorful page of images. I think an album page ought to 'show off' the stamps, the album page should not be the attraction; the stamps are the attraction. Don

Oct 9, 2017 · If you have them print the pages for you, they will print on 8.5 x 11" paper (like A4 paper) or on Minkus or Scott sized paper used often in the U.S. The pages will look very nice. If you want to use blank or quadrille pages, since your'e in the Netherlands, it would be very easy to purchase some high quality blank album pages fairly easily.

Sep 25, 2019 · At stampalbums.com you can print your own pages. There are pages for all revenue stamps complete as listed by the Scott catalog. You will need a subscription but that will cost a lot less than purchasing any preprinted album pages. The subscription also includes printable pages for all US issues as well as the rest of the world.

One can see by other members here, including "PostmasterGS" German Album pages, the pinnacle of stamp presentation. One has to know one's limits.
