ST's ST10 microcontroller family offers a wide range of devices for use in automotive applications. The family integrates scalable single-voltage embedded Flash, from 128 to 832 Kbytes. Processed in 0.18 µm CMOS technology, it offers full 5 V capability and an internal on-chip voltage regulator.
