Mar 22, 2019 · I always liked the SR-762 and saw it as more of a heavy patrol rifle rather than a long range platform. Not that the rifle wasn't capable of decent accuracy but the lack of a free-float barrel didn't make it ideal for shooting at extended ranges.

Feb 27, 2016 · I have an Ruger SR-762 that needs a scope that will likely be later moved to a KAC ACC E2 to serve mainly as a DMR for ranges up to 700-800 yards. This will be my first scope and I don't have any experience with different types of reticles.
