And if that assembly listing does not include Eaton breakers, then the assembly is not UL Listed for that combination, and sounds to me like a violation of 110.3(B). Same thing with the Halo light fixture.

The reason for using higher quality material like Square D, or CH, is to limit the amount of call backs for stupid **** like, "this breaker makes noise". And with Square D people know that name and associate it with quality.

Jul 28, 2020 · It's unfortunate that there is a shortage of Square-D breakers due to Covid 19. I normally go through my supplier for parts and just have them delivered to the job site. Sometimes if I'm in a rush and need a few things I will go to HD or Lowes. I have noticed that these stores are much more crowded these days and I hate to even go there.

Feb 11, 2020 · UL white book will specify breakers listed for use in which panel & which panel lists which breaker. I'm sure: Square D QO- QO only Cutler hammer CH-Ch only. Most others are limited to their own breakers except Eaton, Siemens, Murray, and Cutler hammer BR interchange.
