You mentioned that this worked fine before with Windows 11, was it on the same Surface Pro X or was it with another Windows 11 device? Please try these first then see if the issue persist:

It seems that before the update I used to have at least 2 audio-devices for the headphones: a stereo device for high quality audio and a "handsfree headset device".

So recently i just installed and upgrade my laptop from harddisk to ssd and windows 8.1 to windows 10. Then i installed the bluetooth Qualcomm Atheros then connect my headset Sony WF 1000XM3. At first it connected fine and i can hear the sound clearly. But after some time (and some update), i disconnected my headset and try to pair it up new.

seitdem ich meinen PC auf Windows 11 geupdated habe lassen sich meine Sony-WH1000xm3 Bluetooth-Kopfhörer nur noch als Hands-Free Headset verbinden. Vorher auf Windows 10 konnte ich zwischen Stereo und Hands-Free noch manuell switchen, jetzt auf Windows 11 ist die Stereo Option nicht mehr vorhanden.

The headphones work perfectly with the iPhone and iPad but not with MS Teams on laptop when connected via Bluetooth! the sound keeps breaking and I had to switch to the laptop mic because people on the call keeps telling me that my voice is not clear when using the headphone mic.
