Si queres bajar de peso no es necesario que agregues cardio, acá se prioriza sobre todo la comida y el entrenamiento con sobrecarga(sea con peso o sin peso) + neat(es decir actividades muy livianas no consideradas como entrenar, ej: caminar, mover muebles, etc.).

Apps no conozco, yo uso una página que se llama “boxing timer” (creo que es .org) y hago 10 series de 2 minutos de salto y 1 minuto de descanso. Te aseguro que termino muerto.

Overall love for La Soga. It’s a little inconsistent, though. I think it’s dependent on who is working in the kitchen on a particular day. I have had experiences ranging from excellent to poor, but their average is definitely on the higher side.
