Jan 20, 2015 · Try reinstalling the Skeleton again, if asked overwrite all files. Make sure your Skeleton is at the bottom of yor load order. Also make sure you run the newest SKSE and XP32. cmoa gave good advice, except that XPMS does not have Bethesda plugins file for load order.
