Nov 5, 2011 · Alright, this is all you need to know. 1) get a name brand deck 2) find a size you like, I prefer 7.75 or 8.0, you'll just have to figure out what size you like 3) get independent trucks, they are the best and have a lifetime warranty that they will replace them if they are un-skate-able 4) get REDZ bearings, 15 dollars and they're super fast for the price 5) spitfire or bones wheels

Sep 1, 2019 · Fair enough to riser pads I’ll add some info in, I was aiming this more at street skating. In terms of shoe size I do disagree and think it is an important factor, guys with size 12+ feet tend to be taller, larger, and heavier and will have an easier time on a wider board where there heel is hanging off 6 inches.

Mar 17, 2023 · I tend to go for Thunder usually, although right now I ride Tensor Maglights. Thunder perhaps turn a little bit better, but I find Tensors to turn just fine with the newest higher profile ATG version and the light weight is fantastic (what I've read is that the older, lower profile design doesn't turn all that well so I have little to no interest in riding those).

May 4, 2023 · An electric skateboard seems physically safer in that there isn’t a big bar in front of me that I could trip over if I fall, preventing me from landing on my feet. At the same time, electric skateboard is done via Bluetooth, which means if the connection stops between the remote and board, would the skateboard slow down significantly fast?
