Tommy Koh Thong Bee DUNU DUBC PJG BBM (Chinese: 许通美; pinyin: Xǔ Tōngměi; born 12 November 1937) is a Singaporean diplomat, lawyer, professor and author who served as Singapore's Permanent Representative to the United Nations between 1968 and 1971.

Prof. Koh was the Director of LRF Institute for the Public Understanding of Risk from May 2019 to June 2023. Currently he is the Director (Research) of the recently formed Coastal Protection and Flood Resilience Institute Singapore and the Director of Centre for Hazards Research at NUS.

Koh is the founding director of the Colorectal Cancer Genomic Health Service at Singapore General Hospital. He was also a consultant colorectal surgeon in private practice at Mount Elizabeth Medical Centre and a visiting consultant surgeon at Singapore General Hospital and Changi General Hospital.

Koh was the 10th-most common surname among ethnic Chinese in Singapore as of 1997 (ranked by English spelling, rather than by Chinese characters). Roughly 48,100 people, or 1.9% of the Chinese Singaporean population at the time, bore the surname Koh.
