Jun 23, 2021 · For the most efficient layout for the first responder buildings - I would suggest placing them in either a 2x3 grid or a 3 x 3 grid. for your schools, a 2 x 2 grid is generally large enough to hold high school / elementary schools. If you plan to place a university - a 3 x 6 grid should be large enough (you can go smaller too if you wish though)

I've not posted any pictures but I believe most people would hate my layout, lol. Most of my cities are influenced by the Western US, and one heavily based on the DFW area. My current city "Sealand" is based in the Pacific Northwest (hence combination of Seattle and Portland) ANYWAY, I began with making hills, mountains, rivers, etc.
