What ring edges are they talking about (as sigil is built inside of a stone thorus)?I always though (and i have some books from past editions that provees this) that buildings in Sigil are a continuum, with one block after the other reaching to the other/upper side of the thorus amd them coming back.

Sigil rests above an impossibly large spire in the center of the Outlands; the nexus for the outer plains. The city is said to be host to many hundreds of thousands of sentient beings although a full tally is nearly impossible as even the streets of Sigil can seem to change daily.

The colours and symbols used are those found on D&D Beyond. Also, thankyou to Pjotr Frank for his Classic Symbol Typeface for the images of the symbols used in the center of the sigils. The other fonts used were Tolkien Dwarf Runes and Tengwar Annatar. The Elven written on each sigil is just gibberish, and doesn't spell out anything.
