Optics red dot recommendation for 226 x5 - SIG Talk
Sep 6, 2024 · Many newer Sig slides in addition to DPP footprint also have RMR holes drilled I believe, but you may need to use a filler plate such as the CH Precision to fill the gap and provide some embossment to keep all the tension off the screws. This P226-XFIVE LEGION indicates the 226 X5 has a DPP optic cut.
P226 X5 Legion or P226 X5 reserve - SIG Talk
Aug 31, 2024 · (1) According to SIG specs, the P226 XFive Legion has a 4.4" barrel (look it up). (2) Both the P226 XFive Legion and the P226 XFive Reserve have a flat faced AXG trigger, and both are SAO. (3) The P226 XFive Legion is cheaper because the P226 XFive Reserve has a DLC finish, GridLOK grips and a stainless steel frame (as opposed to the alloy ...
Upgrade Legion P226 SAO or Step up to X5? - SIG Talk
Jan 25, 2024 · I went to Sig Freedom Days a couple years back thinking there is no way the 226 x5 was worth the price jump from my 226 SAO RXP. Then i shot it. Sold my 226 SAO to my buddy who couldn’t find one. Ordered the 226 X5 Legion from Sig as soon as they emailed me about the release. I’m happy. My buddy is happy. Get what you like.

Direct mount optic for new P226 X5 Legion - SIG Talk
May 5, 2024 · I just picked up a new P226 X5 Legion and was wondering what red dot optic can I mount without having to use an adapter plate (I.e., direct mount)? I have a Holosun HS407K on my P322 and like it, plus that was a direct mount. Looking for something similar for my 226. Would prefer either Sig Romeo or Holosun brand if possible. Thank you.
P226 X5s differences - SIG Talk
May 5, 2024 · I had a chance to shoot my buddy’s 226 X5 Legion alongside my 226 X5 STAS and they were very similar and shot, IMO, identically. I think I prefer the Legion grips to the cheese grate STAS grips. I was most surprised by the difference in weight. I know there’s only supposed to be about 4 oz difference but I thought the STAS felt noticeably ...
Sig Gas Pedal on X5 Legion
Oct 15, 2023 · This is very common no problem. All new Sig TDL take a some persuasion the first time. Reason being Sig correctly over speced the O-Ring, correctly assuming it will compress with use. About the OP pic, put a drop of oil on o-ring and continue to rotate until O Ring passes thru and then align TDL as usual. If it 's from Sig, it's the real deal.
Both US-Made P226 X5 pistols just arrived today. X5... - SIG Talk
Oct 10, 2022 · Both X5 pistols just arrived. (Will have a separate post about the more sporty STAS). Here is the new US-Made P226 X5 Classic First Impressions : fine media blasting is just a hair more coarse vs. German (i.e guns are not as bright) the trigger is indeed 4 away adjustable despite Phil Strader stating that it was three-way adjustable in his ...
Legion P226 Vs Staccato P - SIG Talk
Oct 31, 2023 · I have a 226 X5 Legion and a Staccato P. They are both great. The P has tighter tolerances and to me, has the better trigger even at 4+ lbs break. Both shoot amazingly well, flat with quick follow up shots. I appreciate the P as it’s more compact than the 226. I haven’t shot either of them enough to choose one over the other.
