Megumi Shimizu is a major antagonist in the manga/anime series Shiki. She is voiced by Haruka Tomatsu in the Japanese version, and by Tia Ballard (who also voiced Roma Hoito in Tokyo Ghoul) in the English dubbed version. Megumi is a 15-year old girl living in Sotoba.
