A 20-mL Sf9 suspension culture at 3.8 x 106 cells/mL in ESF 921 medium was infected with P3 pUltraBac-1-hsp70-AcGFP recombinant baculovirus at a MOI of 1 and placed into a 125-mL Erlenmeyer shake flask. Baculovirus titers were determined from the TCID50.
