SETA Head Start
The Sacramento County Head Start program is administered by SETA, a joint powers agency of the City and County of Sacramento. Head Start provides educational and special educational services, physical health, dental, mental health, social and nutritional services.

Community Services Block Grant (CSBG) - SETA
SETA provides CSBG funding that helps EGACE deliver emergency services including food assistance, transportation assistance, employment supports, utility assistance and eviction avoidance. CSBG case-managed services are offered to low-income adults seeking employment.
