The Heartsaver Hero award is our way of saying thank you for performing the heroic act of CPR, a critical link in our chain of survival. We want to recognize the heroes that have stepped in to help save a life during an emergency.

The Red Cross Lifesaver Award is given to recognize a lifesaving act performed by an individual who utilized skills learned through Red Cross health & safety training. ELIGIBILITY: The Red Cross will honor someone with a Lifesaver Award if that person: Used CPR, First Aid and/or AED skills to help someone in a life-threatening situation

Aug 29, 2018 · The Boy Scouts of America has reinstated the Heroism Award, which honors youth members or adults who demonstrate "heroism and skill in saving or attempting to save a life at minimal personal risk."

The LifeNet LifeSaver Award recognizes people who have saved a save life, regardless of the risk, through the application of first aid knowledge and skills. Possible nominees include individuals, or groups of individuals who: Performed bystander CPR or applied an AED that resulted in a successful return of circulation.

To qualify you would need to have used the lifesaving skills of First Aid, performing CPR, using an AED, using an epinephrine auto-injector, performing care for choking, or even calling 9-1-1 to save a life.
