Sara Helena Lumholdt (born 25 October 1984) is a Swedish pop singer and champion pole dancer. She was a member of the Swedish quartet A-Teens, and briefly pursued a solo recording career after the band dissolved.

Born and raised in Stockholm, Sara started her professional career at 14 with hit teen-pop band “A-Teens”. The fast paced, logistically challenging touring lifestyle is comparable with the resource and project planning challenges faced in her new role at MRS.

The band members are Marie Serneholt, Amit Paul, Dhani Lennevald, and Sara Lumholdt. The group is best known for the singles " Mamma Mia " (1999) and " Upside Down " (2000), both of which were hits worldwide.
