There's three different types of choices in Sanguine Rose. Story altering, Scene altering, and Expressive. Story altering choices are the ones which decide which scenes play out, and which endings you get.

Do people not like the Sanguine Rose? It’s a staple of any of my builds, the Daedra itself is competent enough to be a helpful bonus follower in most combat situations, plus it makes great bait if you need to kill time to replenish health/stamina/magicka.
