Sandoq the Shadow (Spoilers Extended) : r/asoiaf - Reddit
Jun 27, 2020 · It was a different sort of music that Sandoq the Shadow played at the gates of Maegor’s Holdfast, as Ser Amaury’s guardsmen rushed at him with sword and spear. That night his chosen instruments were a tall black shield of nightwood, boiled hide, and iron, and a great curved sword with a dragonbone hilt whose dark blade shone in the ...
[Spoilers PUBLISHED] Sandoq the Shadow : r/asoiaf - Reddit
Jul 1, 2022 · Sandoq the Shadow is one of my favorite players in the regency of Aegon III. He arguably gave Aegon his first "victory" as a King, and his prowess with his Valyrian curved sword was pretty awesome. But, what happened to him? Did he leave to Lys with Larra Rogare, or did he stick around possibly becoming Aegon's personal bodyguard?

Nov 5, 2022 · Not only that but our perspective is a Westerosi one in the books. Sandoq is foreign, low-born, not a Kingsguard (though he guarded tf out of a king), and didn’t participate in any conquests or large scale battles that we know of, all things the people of Westeros would be consciously or unconsciously taking into account.
Tourney Of Thrones V2 R1 F10: Sandoq The Shadow Vs Duncan …
Oct 12, 2022 · Dunk is big, but Sandoq is BIG. He had 100 wins under his belt in the pit too, he’s well versed in many forms of weaponry. Dunk is skilled and big and strong, but he’s only ever been trained as a knight and grappler. Sandoq has (we can infer) all kinds of training. Sandoq is my guy who I’d put against anyone in the main or extended series.
The Greatest Fighters Of All Time - The World of Ice and Fire
Aug 30, 2020 · Sandoq should really be on my list, I forget about him, at least a top20. Personally I feel that if fighters met in roughly fair occasions it should influence their positioning in list. If that famous battles , duels or tourneys would I account or add some kind of point system, any other thing isn't very authentic.

[Spoilers PUBLISHED] Where did Sandoq the Shadow get his
As the others have said, it appears that Sandoq's weapon was an arakh & may very well be the same one that Caggo of the Windblown carries in ADwD. As for how the Shadow came to possess the blade, there's any number of options such as he stole it, or he won it, or he claimed it from a dead foe, or it was gifted to him by the uber-rich Rogares ...
