Ahh yeah I’m pretty consistent with powering down the Frame TV using the Samsung remote when done viewing. Haven’t actually even tried to see what happens if I power down the Apple TV with the Apple TV remote. But I’ve seen a number of people complaining that the Frame is inconsistent in switching to Art Mode when the Apple TV goes to sleep.

Apr 3, 2024 · This is my 3rd frame tv in the house - being added to a pair of 2022 models. If Samsung doesn't fix this soon in a firmware update, I'll be returning the tv. They've broken my previous version frames temporarily with firmware then made things work again. Let's get this one working properly! I never want the tv to turn off.

Dec 11, 2021 · This is a glitch but a useful one. While the tv is in ART MODE, on the app go to SmartThings -> Devices -> Frame TV -> AMBIENT MODE -> all the way to the right on Background Theme tab -> click Style and Settings. You can now fine tune the colors to better suit your room. You can even mess with the saturation to better match the room lights.
