I chatted with a Samsung technician and he/ she thought it may be a connection problem because the Samsung”Smart TV” appears clear when first turned on.

This year I wanted to test something new with different kind of screens, so I adventured buying a S90C 65" last June 2023, in fact the experience with its pefect colors, high quality and so on is pretty cool.

At first I thought the screen wasn't turning on at all but realized you can just barely make out the outline of some of the apps on the home menu. Screen remains in the barely visible dim mode on all inputs, I tried my xbox, switch, and the smart tv home screen.
