The Sámi flag is the flag of Sápmi and the Sámi people, one of the Indigenous people groups of the Nordic countries and the Kola Peninsula of the Russian Federation.

The Sámi flag was first used in 1986 but not approved as an official flag until 15 August 1992. It is used by the Sámi of the Lapland region, which covers parts of northern Sweden, Norway and Finland as well as a small part of Russia.

Dec 4, 2021 · Today the Sámi flag is recognized and honored in Norway, Sweden, and Finland on eleven official flag days, adopted by the Saami Conference in Helsinki, 1992, the Saami Conference in Murmansk, 1996, and the Sámi Conference in Tråante, 2017.

The Samma dynasty overtook the Sumra dynasty and ruled Sindh during 1365–1521. Around that time, the Sindhi Swarankar community returned from Kutch to their home towns in Sindh, and some settled empty land on the banks of Sindhu River near Dadu, Sindh.

Sammā (Sindhi: سما) is a tribe that has origins in Sindh. The Samma are spread across Pakistan and North-West India. The Sandhai Muslims are Samma who converted to Islam. Offshoots of the main branch of Samma include the Jadejas and Chudasamas of India. There are different versions about the origin of the Sammas.

The Samma dynasty (Sindhi: سمن جو راڄ) ruled the region of Sindh, Kutch, parts of Punjab and Balochistan from c. 1351 to c. 1524, with their capital at Thatta in modern Pakistan; before being replaced by the Arghun dynasty.
