Salem Township is one of the eleven townships of Warren County, Ohio, United States, located in the central part of the county. The population was 5,215 at the 2020 census. It is the second smallest township in the county with 13,459 acres (54 km 2). It is one of fourteen Salem Townships statewide. [4]

Salem Township is located in the northern part of the county not far from the city of Salem. The township has access to Route 11, and Route 14 which can take you to either Cleveland or Pittsburgh. The population of the township is 5,484.
