They seem to have made a major distribution deal with Graf's, which lists many different calibers of PCI ammo, including some rare ones like the .222 Magnum, .45-60, .303 Savage, .256 Winchester, .357 Maximum, etc. etc.

Mar 15, 2015 · That kind of group is not what Sakos are all about, and I would bet most people in this room expect MOA groups. Barring physical damage to the rifle, you will be hard pressed to find any factory ammo that will shoot poorly, but as you've stated, every rifle is a law unto itself. Ammo that will drive tacks in one rifle may not in an identical rifle.

Jun 23, 2011 · I recently bought this ammo to try in my L461 .222. Accuracy was very good and I've been impressed with it's performance in the field. I'd harvested several racoons with this ammo. But was pretty impressed when I shot a hog with it. I placed it on the shoulder. It broke both shoulders and ended up protruding just through the offside hide.

Feb 13, 2011 · Actually, Sako built a few rifles for Colt, marketed as the "Coltsman Deluxe", chambered in .223. This was apparently contemporaneous with the "late run" L46's in 1964. Incidentally, research has shown that the handful of Sako "Deluxe Special" rifles (so marked on the barrel) were apparently overruns from the Colt order.
