Jan 18, 2011 · The larger mags like the SGM 12 rounders and perhaps 10 rounders..depending on what kind of 3" you are firing may have problems lifting all that weight. Say if you were firing 3" 000buck rounds, that's a DAMN LOT of lead and weight and the mag may have feeding problems.

Aug 7, 2009 · Sorry to play the sponsor card there nalioth. I could have just left that out of there I guess. I have tried both triggers and I've made many of each "Saiga-12 Friendly". It is my opinion that the G-2 is every bit as good as the Texas Trigger from my experience....but that's just me. I do like the finger grooves on the TAKT.

Jun 15, 2010 · For the most part it does. Since there is a stop (there's a limit on the amount that you can screw the grip screw in) in the Tromix D-I-Y trigger guard I had to cut about 1/4 inch off the grip screw in order to get the grip a good tight fit against the receiver!

I bought my saiga 12 about a week ago and trusted Tapco and MAA and bought the so called gas piston thinking it was an easy compliance part, I almost installed it today but was hesitant about drilling on my new gun. I am going to contact MAA about sending this so called gas piston back for a refund.
