The SAFOA movement is made to help parents talk with their children about sexual harassment. We believe that our tips will help more people to talk about this taboo and decrease sexual harassment in Ghana.

Safoa is a movement founded in 2020 to help parents in Cape Coast have an open communication with their children. We started this movement hoping to reduce sexual harassment in Ghana. This movement provides awareness and guidance for parents in Ghana.

The purpose of Safoa is to collect stories of the people in Ghana that have struggled and are healing from sexual harassment. We believe that the stories are powerful and have the ability to build understanding, cultivate empathy and ultimately create change.
