For me the saddest songs from Deftones are Riviere, Beware, Change, and Be quiet and drive (far away) I listen to Deftones often when I'm sad. I don't know why but I find that they have the perfect atmosphere, in some of their music, even if that wasn't the goal at the start.

I definitely think the saddest Vocaloid songs, no contest, are Please Give Me a Red Pen and Healthy End, both by Siinamota. They were basically suicide notes left by him in the form of songs. They’re amazing songs really. I can’t help but cry every time I hear them, and I don’t usually cry at songs, movies, tv shows, etc.

Feb 22, 2023 · Imo you can regularly listen to sad or dark music and not be too negatively affected from it, I think you can strongly identify with like goth or post punk but still be totally functional and in a decent mood socially without putting that on other people and I can say that from personal experience.
