S&W Sigma SW9F??? - Smith And Wesson Forums
May 1, 2013 · I am out of town for work and was in a pawn shop the other day and I saw a 1st Gen Sigma SW9F. Pretty well used but not beaten. The price tag said $250 but I knew I could talk him down to less. I have worked with Sigma's before and knew that the trigger was awful but that with a little work they were good shooting fairly reliable pistols.

Nov 29, 2022 · The SW9F shoots fine. I did some accuracy drills on the head and small top left target, then went and did two and three shot rapid fire self-defense drills. Took a few tries to get used to the longer reset, but it is pretty much like shooting a spongy DA revolver trigger.

Jan 21, 2007 · Thanks for the replys. I will look into the Wolf Spring and bar. I have confirmed that the SW9F was issued to the police department who was using this gun recently. Hopefully all the bugs are fixed. I'll have to find out after my arm heals from the surgery. The trigger pull on this gun can't be more then five pounds.

Dec 14, 2022 · The 910 and SW9F were what S&W had to compete against GLOCK. The 910 is not a bad pistol by any means. But compared to the earlier 3rd Gen guns, the Value Series is like buying a fleet vehicle built Ford Ranger with a 4 cylinder engine, bench vinyl seats, AM only radio, roll up windows, and no A/C.

Apr 10, 2023 · I had to get a new striker assembly for my SW9F and you won’t find the striker assembly by itself, but I had to buy a slide for parts and then loot the striker assembly from the slide. I got the slide for $70 and some change. Striker Assembly from SW9F, SW9C, and SW9V should all work since they use the slotted style firing pin on the striker.
