Mar 5, 2011 · The STI GP6 has THE BEST single action trigger pull that I have ever tried in any pistol (including 1911's). Nonetheless the double action pull is certainly nothing to boast about. The pistol's ergonomics are, IMO, marginal and the price of magazines inflated.

Mar 4, 2012 · I've been using the STI GP6 for a few years, and it's older brother, the GP K100 before that. I flat out love this gun and hope like heck that STI doesn't drop the line. The negatives are few. The issue sights are not perfect for IPSC. The available fiber optic front and Dynamic fixed (adjustable for windage) rear are much better.

Nov 27, 2012 · Not to sure as to why STI machines a hammer. Desire to "improve" or need to go around the ATF rules, no idea. Century Arms is now importing the Grand Power K100 and I am going to buy the real deal. Plus it is a Mk7, which is tighter and better than the Mk6 I have (the GP6 STI sells are now Mk7 but still with their own hammer -no, thank you).

Feb 19, 2014 · STI GP6 (Grand Power K100) base pads can be adapted from our new CZ 9mm 16 round base pads. We can drill out the smaller base pad keeper hole, and the through hole diameter is a perfect fit. They fit and look great. I'm not sure if there is enough demand to do a GP6 specific run, but they are very easy for us to adapt.
