Dec 18, 2006 · Anyone know what FONT is used for the Viper SRT-10 Logo or the SRT abbreviation? Search function gives me zip. Or what is close? Trying to get some decals made up in similar font. Thanks in advance Sorry if this is the wrong place ask this question.

Apr 4, 2014 · Using HTML tags to give SRT subtitles font/style changes is, unfortunately, an "unofficial" modification of the SRT format, and not supported by all players (even less among hardware players). As Baldrick mentioned, you're limited to however your player supports either the plain-text SRTs, or VobSubs.

Aug 10, 2011 · Let's say I have a movie and srt called movie.mp4 and movie.srt. I copy style.txt to movie.srt.style. Now, when vobsub (vsfilter in avisynth) displays the subtitle it uses the style defined in the .style file. update: I am not sure how you are trying to use these srt files.

May 17, 2013 · Not in a SRT file. The color is set by the playback device, not the video file. But with VLC, and probably a fair amount of other players, you can change the displayed SRT sub color.

Jan 8, 2016 · Srt can contain font size tags which are mostly ignored by hardware players,if the files are being played on the computer then the font tags can be used depending on the player,could also be a ssa sub.

Feb 4, 2008 · Yeah, I don't think you can change those things with an SRT format sub file. I change them to SSA (SubResynch, which comes with the VobSub package will do it, as well as many other apps) and then open them in SubStation Alpha where you can change font, color, size, position, etc. fairly easily.

Dec 1, 2024 · Your srt screenshot shows weird text makeup with double linebreaks. You have to remove these in the text-box with your keyboard. Furthermore, when you save as - or export to - other formats, font size, -color, background, spacing and more, can be edited/set as per what features are supported by your target format.

Nov 4, 2022 · The SRT spec doesn't officially support HTML color tags. That's why it's not implemented in many programs. You may have to add them yourself with a text editor like Notepad.

Apr 7, 2014 · Then I saved the file as ASS. I loaded video and subs into DVDStyler, went into the formatting options and set text colour to yellow and font (experimentally) to Comic Sans. Then I burned a DVD. The colour and the font were reproduced, but the italics and bold were not. More experimenting needed, obviously.
