Dec 15, 2022 · I have a SMP02 20GHz unit with a YPLL unlocked error (233). The unit does output the target frequency but it drifts, so the YIG/YFOM has to be operational and it's either the YIG-PLL, Sampling or Synthesis cards (which is most of the unit).

Dec 5, 2015 · YIG for f>10GHz while not for lower frequencies. I measured coil resistance and monitored coil currents. The YIG is be driven fine. As the YFO is of high price, I would like to assure that it is faulty. Does someone have experience with this device?
